Montana Warrior Run - Billings

The Warrior Run Course 8.5 mile and 5k

5k Honor Run Course -  Out and back

The Montana Warrior Run – Billings supports the continuing efforts of the Andrew Pearson American Legion Post 117 to provide support for local veterans and their families.

The event includes a 5k Honor Run and an 8.5 mi Warrior Run.

The 5K Honor Run passes along the paved Swords Trail path. This is an out and back run/walk suitable for any level.

8.5 mi Warrior Run is a combination of paved path and trail running. It winds the length of Swords Park taking runners through the back of the park climbing to the Yellowstone Kelly Memorial Site. The Run consists of 4 hill climbs and fantastic scenery.

The Warrior Run IS NOT a Spartan type race or an obstacle course. Although it is a challenging run, it is a pure run none the less.

The Warrior Run is unique in the Billings running landscape. It'is a great training run for those of you preparing for longer races like the Montana Marathon or triathlons like the Yellowstone Kelly Mountain Man Tri, but it’s primarily a run to challenge runners of all levels and test endurance. We hope you take up this challenge in honor of someone in your life who has inspired you
